A 160,000 sq ft single-storey plant: 550 tonnes of structural steel and 545 tonnes of joist and deck, fabricated in our Strathroy shop. Steel erection began in September 2026.

A 160,000 sq ft single-storey plant with tall braced steel frames, open-web steel joists and roof deck.

The job took 550 tonnes of structural steel and 545 tonnes of joist and deck. The steel was fabricated in our Strathroy shop from August to October 2026: wide-flange members, HSS, base plates and bolted gusset connections.

Erection started in September 2026 with a mobile crane and boom lifts.
