Jetstream Road light-industrial buildings, London

Structural steel for two single-storey light-industrial buildings on Jetstream Road in south London, Ontario, each with a two-storey office front. Fabricated in our Strathroy shop and erected in 2026.

Two light-industrial buildings, Phase 1 and Phase 2, on Jetstream Road in the south of London, Ontario. Each is a single-storey building with a two-storey office front.

The frames are wide-flange steel columns and beams on a column grid, with open-web steel roof joists, roof deck and X-bracing. Phase 1 has a mezzanine at the back.

The steel was detailed and fabricated in our Strathroy shop, primed, and delivered to site on our own trailers. Columns went up in March 2026 and Phase 2 was framed in July 2026, while the Phase 1 interior was being fitted out.
